Welcome Booth


The Welcome Booth is the information center of Journey Church every Sunday morning. Volunteers in the booth provide direction for visitors who might be unfamiliar with the layout of the church. We also distribute booklets for New Members, Small Groups, and fliers on any upcoming events. The booth is the drop off point for donated items and the place to find sign-up sheets for everything from camps to new volunteer opportunities. Welcome Booth volunteers need to be comfortable greeting people, answering questions, and showing people around the church. Volunteers will also need to be there at least 20 minutes before the service begins and slip out before the service is over to be ready when people leave the worship center. Volunteers typically cover one service each month but may sometimes need to fill in for another volunteer at the last minute.
